At Overleveragedgk S.L. (hereinafter, "Overleveragedgk") we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect the information you provide through overleveragedgk.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect
We only process the data you provide through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. Additionally, we log basic technical browsing data (IP address, device type, language and pages visited) when you accept the corresponding analytics cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you the editorial newsletter about real estate crowdlending, to manage your subscription, to respond to queries and to comply with legal obligations. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with legal effects upon you.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the express consent you provide by ticking the form checkbox and by accepting cookies. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as your newsletter subscription is active or until you request its erasure. After unsubscription, your data will be blocked during the applicable legal periods (up to 6 years under commercial law).
6. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We work with data processors located within the European Economic Area and with providers certified under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, including email delivery and web hosting services.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and not to be subject to automated decisions. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@overleveragedgk.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access control, encrypted backups and regular audits. In the event of a notifiable security incident, we will inform the supervisory authority and, where appropriate, affected individuals within the legal deadlines.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We will publish the current version on this page indicating the date of the last update.
